The Dallas District Office invites you to the "Continuing the Climb" Job Fair

In partnership with the City of Fort Worth, Cornerstone Assistance Network, Envision Center, Goodwill Industries North Central Texas, Redemption Bridge, Reentry First Stop Center for Tarrant County, Tarrant County, Texas Offenders Reentry Initiative (T.O.R.I.), Unlocking Doors, and Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, the Office of Federal Compliance Programs, Dallas District Office is proud to co-host the 2024 Continuing the CLIMB Job Fair. This in-person event is open to all jobseekers and will primarily focus on employment opportunities for individuals trying to re-enter the workforce with challenged backgrounds.

During this event, OFCCP will be collaborating with a variety of groups such as contractors, workers, educational institutions, community-based organizations, and workers' rights organizations, among others, to help place disadvantaged groups, with a focus on female and African American workers, in upcoming mega-construction jobs. The ultimate objective is to establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with these organizations to enhance accessibility, opportunities, and compliance.
