New York District Office Presents: NYS Department of Labor Harlem Job Fair

Description of Event
In collaboration with the New York State Department of Labor, a job fair is being organized to promote employment opportunities while also educating attendees about the recent labor laws. This event will specifically emphasize the jurisdiction of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) in relation to certain class members under Executive Order 11246, as well as Section 503 and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA, 4212).
