What to Expect During a Compliance Review

The purpose is to inform and educate federal contractors of their EEO/AA obligations as federal contractors. Compliance Assistance event in support of the Agency's Management Plan and corresponding Regional and District goals. OFCCP will meet with contractors to discuss the regulations and what to expect during a compliance review. This will also serve as a refresher for previous contractors. Our goal is to increase federal supply and service contractors’ awareness of the laws enforced by OFCCP.
