Ensuring Fairness: Workers' Rights & Agency Protections - is a series of webinars hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Outreach Division.

This series provides essential insights into OFCCP's mission, the laws it enforces, and your rights in the workplace.

Participants learned about OFCCP's mission to ensure equal opportunity by enforcing laws that protect against discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, and veteran status. Discussions covered critical worker protections, including Disability Rights, Protected Veterans’ Rights, Sex Discrimination, and protections based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.

This session offered an excellent opportunity for attendees to share insights, ask questions, and explore potential collaboration opportunities with OFCCP.
