2023 AZILG 48th Annual Conference

The AZilg holds an annual conference in Phoenix Metropolitan Area during the fall of each year. Attendees hear from local and regional representatives of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and other nationally recognized speakers and experts in the field of AA/EEO compliance and diversity. The AZilg Annual Conference also includes a networking event following the first day in which attendees can network with speakers and other human resources (HR) practitioners and experts in their field.
