Pre-Complaint Inquiry Process for Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Region cordially invites you to attend one of the two webinars. During the webinar, OFCCP will provide a brief overview of the agency. The topics covered will include discussing what a pre-complaint inquiry is, when and how to file a complaint, and comparisons between a pre-complaint inquiry and complaint.

In support of our Mega Construction Program, these webinars will focus on providing pre-complaint inquiry information to community organizations that train, and support construction workers located within the Midwest Region and their current and past program participants.
