National Origin Discrimination

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Region cordially invites you to attend one of two webinars. The OFCCP will be discussing what national origin discrimination is and relevant OFCCP regulations. Additionally, OFCCP will be providing examples of this type of discrimination and discussing complaint procedures.

In support of our Mega Construction Program, these webinars will focus on providing national origin discrimination information to community organizations that train, and support construction workers located within the Midwest Region and their current and past program participants.
