MIchigan ILG Meeting

OFCCP Detroit District Office (DO) was invited to the Michigan Industry Liaison Group (ILG) meeting. Meetings with the Michigan ILG are designed to educate federal contractors on current and proposed regulations that affect their business. With active involvement from OFCCP, the ILG is educated on regulatory compliance, recruitment and best practices, self-audits, continuing expectations in compliance and how to document good faith efforts. OFCCP Detroit DO regularly attends to provide OFCCP updates to contractors and answers questions pertinent to compliance with the regulations.
