Workplace Rights

This presentation will inform job seekers of their workplace rights regarding EO 11246, Section 503, and VEVRAA. OFCCP will inform job seekers of the laws it enforces, define the laws and explain what discrimination is and what is not discrimination. We hope the attendees will have a better understanding of their rights, what are the actual laws that protect them and how to properly identify discrimination prior to filing a complaint with OFCCP. The Washington State Veterans Employment Representative Hannah Schoepp will be on hand to answer any state related questions during the question-and-answer session at the end of the presentation.
