Requesting and Negotiating Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace Webinar

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Kansas City Area Office in partnership with the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) cordially invite you to attend this webinar.

Lisa Mathess, Principal Consultant with JAN, will introduce attendees to JAN and its services, provide an overview of the accommodation process, and discuss practical tips for attendees to enhance their ability to request and negotiate job accommodations. OFCCP will then provide an overview of the agency and the laws it enforces, discuss how to identify discrimination, and provide attendees with information on how to file a complaint with OFCCP.
