SWARM ILG 2023 - Construction on Ramp - Overview of Construction Requirements

The SWARM ILG is hosting a unique series of workshops to provide compliance assistance to construction contractors. In an effort to ensure there is no discrimination on work sites and that construction contractors abide to the federal requirements of affirmative action, OFCCP will provide a series of three workshops to educate construction contractors on federal requirements.

This workshop provides an introductory overview of OFCCP construction compliance requirements. Federal construction contractors will learn about their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations when working on federal construction projects. This presentation will also address construction contractor obligations found under the regulations implementing EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503.
