The session includes Government Contracting Series 1- Doing Business with the Federal Government; How to find the opportunities; What the Federal Government buys; Certification qualifications and procedures for Set Aside: Socially and Economically Disadvantaged, Women-owned, Historically Underutilized, Service-Disabled Veterans owned; Marketing to the Government Agencies; Subcontracting; Capability Statement; Resources and Assistance. Furthermore, we'll provide crucial insights into the role and authority of the OFCCP, including understanding the obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors in adhering to legal requirements around affirmative action and non-discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
