DOL Inter-Agency Compliance Assistance

DOE Williams will provide compliance assistance to the Women's Bureau recently hired staff and interns. The DOE will provide an overview of OFCCP, our laws, who's is federal contractor and briefly discussed the compliance evaluation process and some of the things we review during an audit. Also, in attendance and providing updates on their respective agencies will be OSHA, WHD, and ETA-Office of Apprenticeship.
