Technical Assistance - MHSystems

On October 10, 2023, CO Arroyo met with Mr. Japhet Ikerionwu, MHSystems President, and Ms. Brianna Martin, MHSystems Operations Manager, to review their submission of MHSystems’ Section 503/VEVRAA AAPs in response to OFCCP's data request dated August 24, 2023 in the complaint investigation of Michelle Ramos vs MHSystems. On August 31, 2023, MHSystems provided both AAPs. However, this submission was not acceptable. The contractor re-submitted both AAPs on September 19, 2023. However, the submission was still not compliant because it was missing several elements of each AAP and missing several analyses. In an effort to help the contractor achieve compliance, CO Arroyo provided compliance assistance by reviewing the deficiencies found in the company’s submissions of each Section 503/VEVRAA AAPs. CO Arroyo explained the required narrative sections of the AAPs as well as the analyses, identification of problem areas and outreach and recruitment efforts.
