Bay Area Equal Pay Collaborative Monthly Meeting

On November 14, 2023, Jennifer Fritzel, Regional Outreach Coordinator, attended the Bay Area Equal Pay Collaborative monthly meeting. The group discussed last month's event and is planning a part two webinar session. The second webinar might have a focus on scenario-based situations that occur on the jobsites and offer promising pay equity practices for workers and employers to implement. Jennifer mentioned the two recently announced Mega Construction projects in the Bay Area and noted the impact the collaborative would have for a follow-up webinar involving pay equity in the construction industry. The consensus of the group agreed to reconvene in the next few weeks to plan for pay equity webinar around the Bay Area's new Mega Projects.
