The Information Session for Nielsen Potential Class Members is intended to provide important information to potential Class Members. The presentation will inform Class Members about the authenticity of the agreement, important information and should encourage Class Members to submit their forms to determine eligibility, which is part of OFCCP's mission to remedy workers.
