DD will provide an overview of OFCCP, Federal Construction Jurisdiction, Geographic Locations, and Participation Goals, Affirmative Action Obligations,16 Affirmative Action Steps, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Recordkeeping Requirements. Also, the DD will present on Preparing for a Compliance Evaluation, Written AAPs for Section 503 and VEVRAA, and Additional Requirements.
