Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors Workshop

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Dallas District Office cordially invites you to attend its hybrid (in-person/virtual) Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors webinar.

OFCCP will provide valuable information to guide federal construction contractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations under the regulations implementing EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503 when working on federal construction projects. During the webinar, we will also discuss how federal construction contractors must prepare for a compliance evaluation and the compliance review process.
