Training Class for Affirmative Action (for Managers)

OFCCP's presentation will cover how federal contractors and subcontractors can meet their EEO and AA program requirements under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Sec 503) and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA). We will also provide information on the Mega Construction Project Program which helps foster equal opportunity in the Construction trade workforce.
