A Discussion on Prohibiting Pay Secrecy Policies and Prevailing Wages

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Regional Office, in partnership with the Wage and Hour Division (WHD), Chicago District Office, cordially invites you to attend this webinar.

The OFCCP will discuss the practices of Executive Order 13665 on how federal contractors and subcontractors are prohibited from discussing employment compensation. The WHD will discuss the history and coverage of which workers are subject to Davis-Bacon labor standards. The WHD will also discuss how to ensure that covered workers receive the correct prevailing wage rate for the classification of work they perform.
