Mega Construction Project Compliance Assistance - Mar '24

This is to seek approval of a monthly recurring compliance assistance event for mega construction. The event will be held virtually and the Nashville office will provide compliance assistance using the pre-approved "Megaprojects Program External Presentation with Speakers Notes" PowerPoint presentation. Despite the name, we would like to advertise the event to all construction contractors because, ultimately, the regulations are the same for all. OFCCP will also answer questions after giving the presentation. We will submit an ERF for each month's presentation. Event times are in Central Time.
