Join us as OFCCP staff provides an agency update, including information on federal construction jurisdiction, geographic locations, and participation goals. Presenters will give an overview of OFCCP, including affirmative action obligations, 16 Affirmative Action Steps, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and recordkeeping requirements, and then focus on the Mega Construction Project Program and the requirements of federal construction contractors. This event will provide construction contractors & local stakeholders with answers to questions on compliance related items.
