Phoenix and Tempe Good Jobs Stakeholder Roundtable and Signing Ceremony

On June 6, 2024, the Phoenix Field Office, as part of the Phoenix Place-Based team participated in the Good Jobs Summer kick off event at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management. This event was hosted by the Cities of Phoenix and Tempe with Mayor’s Kate Gallego and Corey Woods, respectively, and featured Acting Secretary Su. This event was a two-part event with a closed-door roundtable with stakeholders representing educational and community-based organizations, as well as employers and trade union leaders. The roundtable was followed by a public event to sign the Good Jobs Principles.
