Workplace Rights

Ideally, this presentation will inform Community based organizations and the general public about workplace rights regarding EO 11246, Section 503, and VEVRAA. OFCCP will inform them about laws it enforces, define the laws and explain what discrimination is and what is not discrimination. We hope the attendees will have a better understanding of their workplace rights, what are the actual laws that protect workers and how to properly identify discrimination prior to filing a complaint with OFCCP.
