UTSA Government Contracting Lunch & Learn

During this event, representatives from Wage and Hour and OFCCP provided an overview of each Agency to small businesses who are currently government contractors or are interested in becoming government contractors. OFCCP reviewed its mission, our structure, and the laws we enforce. We also reviewed how OFCCP ‘s Investigators conduct compliance evaluations of covered contractors and subcontractors and what to do if you believe you or someone you know has experienced discrimination in employment.
