Workers' Rights Outreach Presentation - Aug '24

Description of Event
Please join the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) - Nashville District Office for an outreach presentation on workers' rights.

OFCCP will provide an overview of the agency and inform attendees of their federally-protected rights in the workplace. OFCCP will also provide an overview of the laws it enforces and explain how to file an employment discrimination complaint. OFCCP will also share information regarding the Apex Megaproject.
