Mega Construction Project Compliance Assistance - August '24

Please join the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) - Nashville District Office for a Mega Construction Project Compliance Assistance webinar.

Information will be provided to guide covered construction contractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations when working on federal and federally-assisted construction projects. Information addressing construction contractor obligations found under the regulations implementing Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act will also be provided. Additionally, topics exclusive to Mega Construction Projects including Megaproject designation, the EEO Committee, and responsibilities and expectations will be covered. The presentation will also cover how to prepare for a compliance evaluation and the compliance review process.
