OFCCP Celebrates Labor Rights Work Week - Workers' Rights (Spanish)

During Labor Rights Week, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will conduct a seminar offering a detailed overview of your labor rights under OFCCP’s jurisdiction, including its functions and activities. This presentation will discuss the laws overseen and enforced by OFCCP, as well as the general process for assessing compliance, handling complaints, and addressing retaliation.
