OFCCP Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors

The webinar will begin with a presentation by Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) on Suicide Prevention in Construction: the next Dimension of Safety. The session will address the factors that put the construction workforce at a heightened risk of suicide, educate leaders on ways to build in practical protective factors to help minimize these risks, and provide other vital information on this most important topic.

The webinar will conclude with OFCCP’s Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors presentation. The presentation is designed to guide federal construction contractors through the compliance review process. We will discuss the federal construction jurisdiction, geographic locations and participation goals, recordkeeping requirements, preparing for a compliance evaluation, and additional requirements. We will review common problem areas and cover suggested best practices.
