National Origin Discrimination Webinar

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Southeast Region Office cordially invites you to attend the National Origin Discrimination Webinar for federal contractors.

The webinar focuses on national origin discrimination in the workplace, including legal definitions, real-life examples, and strategies for preventing it. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how national origin discrimination manifests and the steps organizations can take to promote an inclusive work environment.

We will review common problem areas and cover suggested best practices. A key feature of the session will be a video about the Immigrant and Employee Rights (IER) Section, explaining how it protects workers’ rights. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A session for participants to address specific questions.

Attendance is free and open to the public. Reservations are required.
