New Jersey District Office: Supply and Service Compliance Assistance / NJ DOL Workforce Development December

NJDO staff will provide an overview of the scheduling process for supply and service compliance, including how to best prepare once scheduled for a compliance review. We will discuss the different stages of a supply and service compliance review, including the elements of the desk audit and the on-site review process. Presenters will discuss some of the common problem areas OFCCP encounters during compliance reviews and give an opportunity for Q&A. Additionally, the NJ State, Department of Labor Workforce Development will present on getting access and submitting job opportunities in the NJ ESDS System.
