In recognition of National Disabilities Month, the OFCCP has collaborated with the New York State Department of Labor to present at a job fair aimed at empowering stakeholders who identify as having disabilities. In alignment with Section 503 of our policy, we are committed to educating affected individuals about their rights and privileges, with a primary focus on ensuring they are recognized and integrated into the workforce.
