I have been abused and harmed in many ways by the same repeated offenders and it escalated to myself being terminated from 3 falsifications that these same repreated harmful intentional bad actors with no oversighht and who do not follow the 67 page compliance from the global organization and with help from the local 450 uaw reps being accomplices because they dominate the uaw these bad actors already charged with over million dollars with 3 other units of discrimintaon in hiring from the Ofccp and they need to be charged with my wrongful termination they removed my safety and i am injured for life had to have surgery and go on long term disabilty come back to work after 2 years they intetnionally harmed me again and stalked me instead of accomodating me and terminated me after i called corporate desperatley needing help and wernt to securty in person at work and they placed me in a lesser and already illegally found no workp;lace violence building and lie to corporate they investigage but they dont they punish and retaliate and suppot and allow and dont monitor the same repeated violent employee and there was another victim after myself and 2 others with same repeated harm and that vicitm also got retaltied agaist and had to bid out of that same building due to the condone and support and allow violence and the violetn offender gets others to join her hatred and not help interferring we could not even do our duties in that building i was able to bid out of it and instead of returning to my safe building and returning my fork lift safety these same repeated offenders in hr lr with no oversight and who are the ones who promote violence and support violence and do mailsiious slander agsit the subjects and harmed employees from years of violence and retatliton and punishments and abuse they returend me to the violent building again on purpose instead of my safe building i won a bid ini and i came back to work with complex regioanal pain syndrome and note form my doctor and tney did not accomdate make me return to violent building tghey illegally investigated themsleves and lie to corporate its resolved but retaltie and abuse for years and led to removal of my fork lift but upon my return to worwk they intentionally harm me for life again refused to accomodate stalked me instead and made up 3 lies to terminate me and my union rep just shrugeed his shoulders and upon my return i was told i am not allowed to use fork lift and am to walk on the exact unsafe rocks that tore ligament in my foot and now i have extreme pain rest of muy life no cure for comlex regional pain syndrome and instead of placing me in mhy safe building i won bid in the same repeated criminal in lr dan terry forcedd me to go into violent bulding and i am not allowed to use firk lift but coworker who calimed he didnt need fork lift a man gets to use and kept the frok lift and i was suppsoed to work with tthe return of fork lift and my teram leadser who refused to give me ppe and who made me get frostbite daily and end up teearing ligement in foot they were suppsoed to remove her from my team leasder and the same repeated lr rep dan terry places her in lr and she is above my team leasder when i returned to worwk and is one of the falsifications of me beign terminanted when i was taping my foot in locker room one of my doc notes of needing that accomosation i was being stalked by team leadser and he said i wasnt in my work place and insubordiantion he told her and she asked union rep whhy wasnt i in my building knowing that i was palced in a violent builidng that caused me years of trauma on purposoe and how is that being removed for my well being she is above my team leader and able to casue me additonal harm and upon my return i was not accomodated i have called the ada and they said my condiiton is employee qualifies as disabilty and so not only did i not get accomodated i got stalked , abused, mailscious slander and fired next day after calling corpoate seciirty and sent email to corpoate i needed help due to unethical reasons and harm and the regional uaw office are accomplices to john deere and literally said to me very abusivve words and that "i dont need to drive a fork lift all day since i travel aall day and what violence? first of all i asked thenm to walk with me to in shor tamount of time and easily udnerstand why i need fork lift and cannot even do some of my work without one and it had work alone radio and heater and wheels to drive over ouutside consturntion limestone rocks with no paths that tore liegamant and others trip over and say no one should be walking on those roicks all day in all extereme weather connditons and no worok alone radioi but i was forced to get injjred daily the union refused to file safety grievance and the repeated slandering lr reps lied that i just drive around all day talking not working and this could easily be preoven and the union would not even let me defend myseslff and the hotline return call from corporate compliance said that is their mangement style and i just drive around alll day, i do not even close to drdive around and my union rep refused to get my fork lift hours proving so and refused to walk iwth me or file safety grievance and union safety onhr side refused to een talk to me and theh union rep said the other 3 union workers in my dept said thhey didnt need fiork lift but my buillding and work is differernt form them and tney cheat on their work and didnt want a firk lift it is easer to just to guess on inventory then go get the fork lift to actually move parts or weirgh contaniers so they are not doing hoenst accurate inventoty bbut are able to turn in their work faster than my honest work and accuracy and since hr lr chose prfits over people they just make sure they do what the corrupt greedy lr reps and team leader want no caringa bout stake holedes and accurate inventoty and i was retalited agsint and harmed and forced along with the fact violnce is promoted and supproted and not stopped for years and part of your job and causes trauma i then had safety of fork lift removed intetnionally and lied about and that lie passed on to regional office by president of local union and rep and passed on to hotline compliace rep who returned my desperatly needed help not getting further injjred and frostbite daily and no one would even walk with me or let me defnd myself or investigate any of the serious harm being done to me for years and leads up to the fact the lr rep who is above and beyond corrupt and criminal and it was entertainmnent to fire me he had just found out they let the man who said he didnt need fork lift keep it the whole time and i return not being allowed to be safe and use it yet this man gets to be safe anad use it who claimed he didnt need it and i was not only not accomodated i was stalked and lied about in the most egrecios ways and terminated with the regional office i my employer is a global and federal contractor and my unit is in des moines , iowa unit 90 with John Deere, these 3 individuals were former union members , with 2 of them I did not get to meet the hr director who cawith former bullies on the shop floor previous union members who blackmailed n dollars by the ofccp for discriminting in hiring practices and these same individulas with no oversight and who do not enforce the glaobal 67 page compliance policis or federal or state laws they do intetnional ned bullied fellow union members and for years in their moving to salary in hr lr cause harm to many with maliscious slander and removing safety and actually already charged with over one milliopv postions of salary eing their accomoversight and with the uaw union reps nd dominate my local union uaw 450 in such ways overpowering my cahriman rep is accomplice to their egrecious acts and in firing and destroying union employees lives and rrotects them efuse to file grievances and allow safety to be removed and injuries to occur due to this and worries only about their union postions they are self serving instead of follwoing union contract they breach it and the regional office p

I have not obtained a lawyer yet but when I do i want the years left i should have been working and working safe and not living with the trauma of workpalce violence and then removing of safetyy of fork lift forced to get injured for liefe and live in pain every single day and my quailty and family loved ones harmed too and no income isince febraury with how they stole my career my life my well being my livlihood and they were responsble for my livihood but inetnioanlly harm me with many intentional harm on top of more even worse harm leading to 3 falsification to terminate me with the accomplice of uaw since they fear for their own jobs so they allow domination and the abuse of the servicing agents at the regional uaw office and at international and they take care of corrpt local union reps with no regards to rights of union me mbers i paid almost 25 years of unioon dues to ahve the union be even more harmful and criminals than the comapny they are accomplice to choosing corporate greed over saferty and injuring union member who worked honestly and safe for all her years and with maliscious slander and no regards to my wellbeing and life they alter my life forever caused me very serious harm and damage and my state doesnt allow if on long term disablity cannot get unemployemnet and i have to go thru vocational rehab now in order to try and get another job and my sons lost thheir insurance health and i had all my well being and health and fianncial and quality for lfe stolen from me for notning for absolutlly notjing but predatjory dangerous intentioanl acts of harm leading to lifetime injuroes by the same repeated with no oversight form the bad actors bullies not following laws or compliance removing all rights of huamns thhey are in charge of their healh and safety and well being but pure entertainment and sociopathic behaviors with the mamagement going along with thier beahviot and hr directors who need to be the ones inverstigated amking sure they think they get to investagte and they dont and lie to corporat eit is resloved
