Was informed during treatment for my mental health problems, by my employer that an investigation was launched due to time missed at work. Missed time from work was due to FMLA and worker’s compensation.
What are your goals for working with the Ombuds?
For my old employer to be reprimanded and to overturn settlement agreement where I was harassed until I signed, voluntary resignation. I lost not only the short, but the long-term benefits of my disability through LA County child support. Therefore, I would like my job back again.
