Please provide a brief explanation of the concern, issue, or question you would like to address with the Ombuds.
I work at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument and feel that I am discriminated against. I am an enrolled Crow Tribal member and have dealt with racism. I have received no support from my supervisory staff until I filed an EEO. The acting Chief of Interop has not had a conversation with me until I filed an EEO and the conversation was after work hours and never in the job compacity.
What are your goals for working with the Ombuds?
II hope to find a peaceful resolution and I hope the staff gets training about refreshers about work place safety and what is said. I love my job and where I work. I want to feel safe.
