I was Wrongfully terminated by a federal contractor ironically doing a great deal of work for the veterans administration… I requested reasonable accommodations and was ignored, I raised concerns about labor laws and believe I was retaliated against. I filed a claim with the EEOC in a timely manner and when I finally had my interview I was treated unfairly and dismissed. I escalated my concerns to a supervisor who agreed with me and I was told someone would contact me within 10 days, then the Covid lockdown occurred, and I have never heard another word from them. I want to know why my case was not referred to the OFCCP as I was an employee of a federal contractor Period I had filed with EEOC due to the fact that I believed the denial of my reasonable accommodations fell under the ADA regulations covered by EEOC. I also understood that if my case should be reviewed by another agency that there was a memorandum of understanding that allowed for my case to be referred to the appropriate agency.
