Was informed during treatment for my mental health problems, by my employer that an investigation was launched due to time missed at work. Missed time from work was due to FMLA and worker’s compensation.

OFCCP recently released a new scheduling letter and with that letter it requires more information to be provided a=at the onset of an OFCCP audit.
What the OFCCP does not have, is an updated sample AAP for a contractor to refer to (the one that is on the OFCCP website is from 2010) and it also does not provide sample documents showing what OFCCP is looking for during the submission (as it relates to the new items on the itemized listing) so that a contractor can feel comfortable that they are providing what OFCCP is looking for.
Providing sample documents can be beneficial for both sides. The contractor would know that what it is providing is what OFCCP is looking for and OFCCP will not have to ask the contractor for more information if what was provided is not sufficient.

How can a contractor be expected to be compliant (asides from reading the regulations) and provide what OFCCP is looking for if no specific examples are provided?

I was in a car accident while on duty as a federal employee and workers compensation is not accepting my injury claims in a timely manner. It is past the 45 day period for some of my medical claims and they have been provided with the medical narrative by my doctor.

I was recently harassed and threatened at work by another contractor, at a military building, and wanted to file a complaint about said contractor. By the end of the day, I was dismissed from my position for "conflict of interest".
I have since been brought back but have been put on an unusual shift for my job, though they claim it is not retaliation.

According to the processing times on the DOL site, they are now on applications from November 2022 - which is 9 months after this prevailing wage was submitted.
